"My people are not expendable. And I don't do this kind of work."

Still modifying limb architecture for maximum efficiency in high-g environments...Again, the concept is force multiplication via leverage rather than raw muscle mass or density (hypertrophy or hyperplasia). I'm sure this premise is lethally flawed from an engineering perspective in terms of its execution here but what can I say, I think it looks cool.  : p

The really unsettling quality of oddly articulated limbs comes across most strongly in the three women, I think (A - B - F). The guys just look like they love arms so much they have arms grafted to their arms so they can arms better. I *do* kind of like the almost subliminal implication that their limbs are more like cranes, specialized for heavy lifting...That comes across to some extent in "F" too, I think.

"E" is an odd little outlier left over from when I was working on Phase I:

He doesn't really belong anywhere else, so I put him here where he can make new friends.

...You know, I almost always picture my women as naval or amphibious warfare specialists. I don't know why that is...I used to swim and I've always idolized Lynne Cox, so maybe she's what comes to mind when I think of biologically "optimized" female combat operators.
