Parasauromorph

An alternate “spec bio” dinosaur, part of a population relocated to an extrasolar planet in prehistoric times. The tough, leathery skin and pronounced countershading are for radiation shielding and heat regulation in a high-UV environment, while the dentition is for cracking the shells of heavily shielded nuts and seeds. Greg Paul has been a huge influence on my dinosaurs, as I guess is the case for most paleoartists and even casual creature designers such as myself.
