Glaucus Macaw Betta Aeolid

Sea or sky? Feathers or scales? Is it an avian Pinnimorph ([link]), or a psittacine Postchicken ([link])? Personally I think it's a far-future nudibranch, but ultimately the decision is up to you.

S'crappy, so may scrap soon. Long time since I've worked with watercolors. Used Andrew Zuckerman's "Bird" for photo reference.

EDIT: Okay, I finally reached a compromise in interpretation that I can live with. It's a macaw betta glaucus aeolid nudibranch. Whew! I'm glad we got that figured out.
