Flea War Concepts 03

I’ve always loved the heavy, more organic mech designs of artists like Kow Yokoyama and Makoto Kobayashi. I wanted that feel for the “Flea War” era of this universe, but again, I needed a (semi-)rational explanation that would satisfy me. I decided that the mecha of this era are largely designed by artificial intelligence programs that use evolutionary simulators to mimic the process of biological evolution, producing appropriately organic-looking designs.
